Eva-Maria Graf (44) is set to become the new Managing Director and CFO & Corporate Services at Ernsting’s family, taking responsibility for finance, controlling, legal services, HR, IT and BIA across the group. She will join the group at the beginning of November, eventually succeeding Horst Beeck, who is retiring after more than 20 years of service. Following a structured induction period, Eva-Maria Graf will assume sole responsibility for her areas at the start of 2028.
Eva-Maria Graf has several years of international management experience, including roles as CEO and CFO within the energy and construction sectors of a global group, as well as experience at a global audit firm. ‘I am delighted to welcome our new colleague, who will be an ideal addition to our board, both professionally and personally. She will also help to continue the gradual generational transition in management that has already begun,’ says Prof. Dr Timm Homann, CEO of the Ernsting’s family group of companies.
