Horst Beeck, CFO of Ernsting’s family, retires

Coesfeld, June 2026 
Since 2012, Horst Beeck (60) has been responsible for the finance, controlling, legal services, HR, IT and BIA departments of the Ernsting’s family group in his role as Managing Director and CFO & Corporate Services. He has led various departments and key projects within the company since 2007, helping to shape its path to success with consistency, foresight and tenacity.

After more than 20 years, Horst Beeck now wishes to devote more time to his family and his wide-ranging personal interests. Prof. Dr Timm Homann, CEO of the Ernsting’s family group, says: ‘Horst Beeck is outstanding both professionally and personally, and he deserves our deepest gratitude and respect for the entrepreneurial impetus he has provided over two decades.’ He adds: ‘We are particularly grateful that he will be training his successor, Eva-Maria Graf, thoroughly over the coming months, familiarising her with her future responsibilities, before he leaves the company at the start of 2028.’
